Infrastructure (Africa)

In partnership with a Latvian family office, we deploy capital into renewable energy projects—prioritizing bankable PPAs and robust collateral structures.

Sports

Investments in sports infrastructure, franchises, and scalable ventures that deliver economic and cultural impact across Africa and beyond.

Investment Criteria

U.S. transactions: minimum $10M.
International transactions: minimum $100M.
Infrastructure (Africa): renewable energy projects with clear PPA, TEV, and collateral.
Sports: high-impact facilities, franchises, or scalable ventures with clear monetization.

Partner – Africa Investments

Based in Kampala, Uganda, Elijah heads African Investments. He sources and closes transactions across the continent, builds strategic partnerships, and leads the expansion of Black Ostrich Ventures Rwanda, with focus areas spanning renewable energy, real estate, sports, and large-scale development.
